While a pregnant Megan Fox looked great in this striped dress, it might not be that comfortable to spend all day in. When you're planning your outfits for Disneyland, thinking about something casual but adorable is a good way to go. This mom found a really nice black and grey outfit. She's got a black sweater, grey vest, and leggings, and she looks ready for a fun day with her two sweet little kids.
It's always fun to see celebs at Disneyland, having fun with their families. Reese Witherspoon headed to Disney and wore this cute outfit of jeans with a rip in the knee and a lacy navy shirt. On a trip to Disney with her love Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox opted for black yoga pants, and we think that was a great decision.
You really can never go wrong with yoga pants, especially if you're making the trip to Disneyland. You'll be prepared for anything and can run around all day and night. Cierra Ramirez and Maia Mitchell, the adorable young actresses who starred in The Fosters and are now on the spin-off Good Trouble , look like they're having an awesome time at Disney.
But Maia Mitchell's frilly red dress looks better suited to a night on the town or a fancy holiday party. It's not the right choice for a mom at Disneyland. Besides the adorable photo of Chrissy Teigen and John Legend with their two kids at Disney, which we're totally swooning over, we have to give Chrissy props for her jean jacket.
It's always a cute style choice, and in this case, it's smart, too, since you might be hot and then cold when you're hanging out at Disney. Demi Lovato's bright blue hair is definitely perfect for the fun and magical world of Disney. But her jacket looks super formal, and the overall vibe is pretty corporate. It doesn't seem like a comfortable outfit to wear all day at Disneyland, and moms might want to skip this one. It's warm at Disneyland and you'll be out for quite a while, so it makes sense that you would want to skip the yoga pants or leggings and wear a dress.
As long as you go for a fairly loose dress and sneakers, like the girl in this photo did, you'll be good to go. You and your kids will have an awesome time at Disneyland. Are wedges are a good idea for walking around in at Disneyland? Probably not. I love making my kids coordinating outfits when we take Disney trips. I love to find unique outfits for my kids to wear at the Parks. How great is that for a day at Animal Kingdom park?!
Think about pastels and florals in the spring, patriotic prints in summer, and Halloween-inspired DisneyBound in fall months. My daughter and I coordinated to dress up like red and green peppermint candies during Christmas at Disneyland. These are my best tips for clothes to wear at Disney. Great tips and I love your Disney pics, Julie!
Like your family, my son and I wear something Disney - Disney t-shirts mostly and my husband does not. I've tried but it's just not happening, lol. I just adore dressing in Disney.. I kinda dress like this on a daily basis, lol Oh what would Stacey and Clinton from What not to Wear have to say about this? I love your post - your children are adorable and that hat with the spinner is just toooo cute!
Thanks Maureen, he recieved a lot of compliments on that hat during our visit! I love showing my DisneySide too, it makes me happy! Those Disney Bound outfits are so cute, but I really need super comfy shoes. I do like my Disney jewelry though. I sooooo want some of the Her Universe clothes. They do look cute and comfortable. Just wondering if this old mom can pull it off.
What an amazing post!! I would say that my cuteness level is directly related to the heat factor. I always TRY to look cute in the morning but then I look like a drowned rat by the afternoon.

Our Family newsletter is a little parenting cheat sheet, delivered to your inbox daily. Start with footwear. You're going to be walking a lot during your day at the park, and for once, listen to your own mother and wear appropriate shoes. Luckily, we're in the era of stylish sneakers thank you, Gigi Hadid , who, by the way, can provide tons of inspiration for stylish sneaker looks , so pull out those All-Stars or old-school Nikes or New Balances, and you're set.
I wore my handy Converse the whole day, and my feet were happy that I did. Think layers. If you're anything like my family, you'll be at the park from sunrise to way past sunset, so layers and a good look at the forecast are key. If you're visiting during a superhot day, a t-shirt or loose-fitting dress will look chic with your tennies, but bring along a light jacket for the early-morning and evening hours.
If it's a bit cooler, consider cutoffs and a layered tank and long-sleeve tee or light sweater. If you're going during an abnormally cold Florida day, bring along a hat or light scarf, which can also work as a makeshift blanket for your kids. Ditch the shoulder bag. I love a huge shoulder bag in my normal life, but at Disney, I'm all about a small crossbody, just big enough to carry my cash, cards, phone, and lip gloss.
Stash the bigger stuff water, snacks, extra layers in a backpack that either you or your partner can wear. The key is to keep your hands free.
