Did Yoga.. Hated every second. Im flexible and have good balance former pitcher.. I dont know. You will be surprised at how much better you will get at it by the end of these 90 days. The first half of the routine is the hardest part for me, I hope to be a lot better at the end of my 90 days:D. I just love tony. I just feel like no results are going to be shown.
